• As Jewel Changi Airport is a popular attraction we kindly request that any changes or delays to your airport pick-up be communicated to us at least 72 hours prior to your travel date or once the flight details are updated.
• This advance notice allows us to make the necessary arrangements and ensure a smooth experience for you upon arrival.
• Porter services for luggage handling are not included and will be chargeable directly if availed.
• Voucher is valid for the set date only.
• Timeslot booking is now required before visiting Skypark Observation Deck for Peak as well as Non Peak hours
• Time entry reservation is every 30 minutes from 11 am - 3 pm on this link
• Reservation is every 15 minutes from 5pm till 8:30pm.
• Note: Face Masks wearing in Awana SkyWay (Standard & Glass Floor) is mandatory. The staff on duty will reject guest from entering to Awana SkyWay for those who are not wearing Face Mask.
• Pick up and drop off at KL hotel.

• Valid for Drops between 6 am - 11 pm
• Any one above the age of 12 years has to be doubly vaccinated using WHO approved vaccines to enter Singapore.
• For fully vaccinated travelers, you need to complete your SG Arrival Card (SGAC) up to 3 days before arrival.
• Malaysia digital arrival card - Reminder to fill the Pre-Arrival form before your travel to Malaysia
• From January 1, 2023, a tourism tax of RM 10 per room per night will be charged by hotels in Malaysia
