- As Jewel Changi Airport is a popular attraction we kindly request that any changes or delays to your airport pick-up be communicated to us at least 72 hours prior to your travel date or once the flight details are updated.
- This advance notice allows us to make the necessary arrangements and ensure a smooth experience for you upon arrival.
- Porter services for luggage handling are not included and will be chargeable directly if availed.
- Voucher is valid for the set date only.
- Timeslot booking is now required before visiting Skypark Observation Deck for Peak as well as Non Peak hours
- Time entry reservation is every 30 minutes from 11 am - 3 pm on this link
- Reservation is every 15 minutes from 5pm till 8:30pm.
- Note: Face Masks wearing in Awana SkyWay (Standard & Glass Floor) is mandatory. The staff on duty will reject guest from entering to Awana SkyWay for those who are not wearing Face Mask.
