Important Information
Please read these terms and conditions carefully.
- Clients must check if their countries need to do visa to enter Vietnam or not, we will not have any responsibilities if they can't enter into Vietnam because of without visa.
- Other Meals like Indian food or other special foods, should be charged with extra cost. Please inform us and we will quote.
- If you want to change LUNCH to DINNER please pay for extra cost of transportation (Apply for Private tour only)
- Small deviations in the tour program are sometimes necessary, depending on weather, road conditions, flight schedules and room availability.
- If you book for JOIN TOUR, please be ON TIME at the lobby of the hotel to meet up our tour guide, the guide will wait for 5 minutes. After that time please take taxi to the sight seeing point and pay by yourself. Please understand because there are many other members in the group. (Private tour please following up specific time with the operator and should not be late)
- Children under 1-4 years old free of charge, any tickets if need pay please pay for them.
- Children from 5-8 years old and sharing same room with parents is charged for 75%.
- Children from 9 years old up must pay as an adult and have an extra bed.

- New Year: 31 Dec and 1 Jan
- Lunar new year – Vietnam Tet holiday: 15 - 22 Feb
- Reunification Day & Labor Day: 30 Apr and 1 May
- National Independence Day: 1 and 2 Sept
- Cancellation after deposit payment will be charged 50% tour price;
- Cancellation during 30 days before departure will be charged 50% tour price.
- Cancellation during 15 days before departure will be charged 100% tour price.
- Method of payment: By credit/debit card with 9pay/onepay online payment gateway (3% fee)
